Big Boss Twang was founded in October of 2007 as a result of 4 friends and their love of Traditional Country music. Their sound is a blend of many influences, including:

• Merle Haggard
• Dale Watson
• Dwight Yoakam
• Elvis
• Johnny Cash

Todd Phoenix and Brock Boss alternate lead vocal and harmony duties. In keeping with their love of Traditional Country Brock, Todd, & Shane utilize Fender Silverface Twin amplifiers and Telecaster guitars to get their Twangy country sound. Rick Tackett on bass and Greg Milton on drums make up the rhythm section. Big Boss Twang recently finished recording their 1st CD of originals.
