Heydays Sponsorship Information

Dear Heyworth Businesses,

You are invited to be part of the 2012 Heyworth HeyDays Celebration. This year's HeyDays will be celebrated from May 17th through May 20th.

The Heyworth HeyDays Committee is seeking businesses and individuals to be a part of the this wonderful celebration and help sponsor a portion of the entertainment. Sponsorships will range from being a Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsor to general donations towards the HeyDays Celebration. All sponsors will be recognized during HeyDays with increasing sponsor recognition for Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors as outlined below. To receive the most benefit, sponsorships should be received no later than April 23, 2011.

The HeyDays Committee would like to thank you in advance for your support and for being a part of this year's HeyDays Celebration!
Sponsorship Levels
    General Sponsor
    ($1 - $99)
    All General Sponsors will be recognized with stage announcements during HeyDays.
    Bronze Sponsor
    ($100 - $499)
    All Bronze Sponsors will be recognized with stage announcements and acknowledged on a special banner placed by the stage.
    Silver Sponsor
    ($500 - $1,499)
    All Silver Sponsors will be recognized with stage announcements, acknowledged on a special banner placed by the stage and recognized in any print media paid for by the HeyDays Committee.
    Gold Sponsor
    ($1,500 and Up)
    All Gold Sponsors will be recognized with stage announcements, acknowledged on a special banner placed by the stage and recognized in any print media paid for by the HeyDays Committee and acknowledged in any radio advertising paid for by the HeyDays Committee.
