Mayor & Trustees
The Village of Heyworth is a Mayoral/Trustee form of municipal government. All officials are elected for four-year terms, with three trustees elected at the same time as the mayor and the others elected two years later.

        Harold Brown – Chairperson: Water, Sewer and Waste Management

        Randy Eilts – Chairperson: Building and Zoning

        Jim Lauterberg – Chairperson: Streets & Public Utilities

     Clay Wiseman - Chairperson: Human Resources and Public Relations

        Lynne Barnhill – Chairperson: Parks, Recreation and Conservation

The Village Clerk is an appointed position and is the keeper of all official records of the village.
