Subdivision Plats & Process
The Village broadly regulates property through subdivision plats, zoning, and building permits. The Village of Heyworth, pursuant to Title 12 of the Village Code, requires that properties within the Village that are going to be subdivided or joined, to proceed with the Subdivision platting process with the Village of Heyworth.
