The Village of Heyworth Vendor Ordinance can be found in Title 4, Chapter 3 of the Village Code.

It is unlawful for any vendor, solicitor or temporary merchant to engage in such business or to employ another in such business within the Village without first applying for and receiving a permit from the Village.

Vendor permits and fees vary depending on whether the vendor is participating in the Village Hey Days event, a different Village sponsored event, or if the vendor is selling or offering to take order in a mobile type fashion.

If a vendor is applying for participation in the Village's Hey Days event, the application can be found here.

If a vendor is applying for participation at a Village sponsored event other than Hey Days, that application can be found here.
