The Village of Heyworth maintains a small plot of land on the west side of Delane Drive at the intersection with Kenneth Street that is used for a community garden. A total of 14 plots are made available to the public on a first come-first serve basis with reservations being taken starting on March 1st of each year. Twelve (12) of the garden plots are 15' x 15' and the remaining 2 plots are 15' x 10'. Plots may be planted after the Village has tilled the ground and staked each plot, typically May 1st. All materials must be removed by the plot user by October 31st of each year.
