How to Establish a New Water, Sewer and Garbage Account and Services

If you need to set up new water, sewer and garbage services, please come to Village Hall to fill out a "blue card", which requests your name, address, and other contact information, as well as pay the $150 water deposit fee if a residential user, and $200 water deposit fee if a commercial user.  This deposit is held until you move from the property at which time it will be paid towards your final bill.  If your final bill is less than the deposit amount, any remaining balance will be paid to forwarding location you provide.  If the deposit does not cover the final bill amount, account holders will be responsible to pay any remaining balance.  Water and garbage services will not be provided until the blue card is completed and the deposit is paid.

Moving from within the Village/Transferring Services

If you are moving from within the Village or need to transfer services, please come to Village Hall to complete a new "blue card" and pay a new deposit.  After calculation of your final bill from your current residence, the previous deposit will be paid on the final bill.  No new account will be allowed unless all outstanding bills are paid in full.

Normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Staff may be on lunch between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m.
